Following on from the phenomenal success of Capital Developments most recent project at Olive Grove in Ladies Beach Kusadasi, we now present you with our latest property development, WALNUT GROVE located in Sogucak Kusadasi.

Our Walnut Grove project entails the development of 50 semi-detached, 3 bedroom, two storey, spacious and luxurious villas. The total area of the site is over 18,000 m2, with the site layout affording maximum space, views and privacy for each property. The project is being completed in one phase with construction commencing May 2005 and due for completion in May 2006.

¤ Site Design & Facilities
The site has been designed to maximise views with most properties enjoying sea views. The site has been laid out in three definitive areas giving a more private and exclusive feeling to the development.
