Capital Developments are pleased to announce our 2008 Arrival Services on offer to all our residents, family, friends and rental customers. We require a minimum of one weeks notice to provide any of the below services. Bookings can be made by email to info@capitaldevelopments.net or by telephone +90 256 6133709.

Within a few days of your arrival a bill will be sent to you at your property for any of the services we have provided and should be paid to our Kusadasi Office on Ladies Beach before your departure. For departures, we will request you to complete a departure details form and will then confirm pickup times for departure to you. Please note you should re-confirm you departure details with your tour operator or airline 24hrs in advance of your return journey and if there are any changes, these should be advise to our Kusadasi Office as soon as you are aware of them so we can make changes to return transfer pickup arrangements.

Collection and Drop Off Services to and from Izmir & Bodrum Airports

Please provide us with full arrival and departure details to include: arrival airport (Izmir or Bodrum), date of arrival, time of arrival, flight number and number of passengers travelling including children ages if under 12 by email or telephone at least 1 week in advance of your arrival.

Infants under 2 travel free on Adults Lap. If car seat is required then an infant is counted as a head. Please provide as much notice as possible for infant car seat bookings as availability of same is limited. For larger bookings infant car seats may not be available as seatbelts are unsuitable for bus/coach seating.

Children over 2 are charged full transfer price as seat must be provided under local regulations.

To avail of the above prices, your must pre-book your group booking. During the season, and dependent on vehicle availability, we may transfer smaller parties together in a larger vehicle but individual group prices will apply.

Capital offer a Shopping Arrival Service with the below listed items pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival.

Shopping Pack A : Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, White Cheese, Tomatoes, Orange Juice and Toilet Rolls. | Cost: €15
Shopping Pack B : As above but additionally Teabags, Coffee, Sugar, Cornflakes and Washing Up Liquid. | Cost: €25

If you require any special items or products to be included in your shopping pack, please advise us and we will endeavour to locate same with items billed in addition to shopping pack items.

Gas hobs will require a Gas Bottle to be installed and tap water is not recommended for drinking in Turkey – we can pre-order these items for you prior to your arrival if required. Prices at time of publication are:

Gas Bottle
First Order – Includes full gas bottle, Deposit, Connection head and installation – 85YTL (€50 approx)
Refill Order – Replacing empty gas bottle with full gas bottle – 45YTL (€26 approx)

Drinking Water - 19 Litre Bottle
First Order – Includes full water bottle, deposit on bottle and hand operated pump – 29YTL (€17 approx)
Refill Order – Replacing empty water bottle with full one – 4YTL (€2.35)

Please note the above quoted prices are correct as of January 2008 but subject to change by local suppliers

On request we can obtain a quote from a local car hire company for car hire for the duration of your stay (or shorter if required) to include airport arrival and departures. Please note that the same vehicle may not be used for airport transfers subject to number of passengers.

Capital have completely revised our cleaning services program and pricing is now based on the overall floor space of the property and its number of bedrooms. We have also added a laundry only service for laundering and ironing bedding and laundering towels either prior to after your departure.

All cleaning and laundering products must be available in your villa to avail of these prices. Purchase of additional cleaning materials or washing powder will be charged as extra if not available.

High Chair and Travel Cot Hire Services are also available to all our customers and will be pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival. Please note that bedding is not provided for travel cot.
