Capital Developments are pleased to announce our 2011 Arrival Services on offer to all our residents, their family & friends and to your guests using our property rental facilities. We require a minimum of two days notice to provide any of the below services unless otherwise stated. Bookings can be made by email to zoe@capitaldevelopments.net, info@capitaldevelopments.net or by telephone +90 256 6133709. If sending and email, please do not assume we get it – if we don’t reply then we most likely haven’t received it and transfers will not be arranged. Please ring us if you have concerns.
All our pricing is in Turkish Lira being the local currency. Bills can still be paid locally in Euro, Sterling or Dollars using the daily exchange rate. Within a few days of your arrival a bill will be sent to you at your property for any of the services we have provided and should be paid to our Kusadasi Office on Ladies Beach before your departure.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Our Airport Transfer prices below are for one way transfers to and from both Izmir and Bodrum Airports. For departures, we will request you to complete a departure details form and will then confirm pickup times for departure to you. Please note you should re-confirm you departure details with your tour operator or airline 24hrs in advance of your return journey and if there are any changes, these should be advise to our Kusadasi Office as soon as you are aware of them so we can make changes to return transfer pickup arrangements. To avail of the return prices, arrival and departure details must be provided at the time of booking your transfers.
Bookings are based on vechicle type (please note maximum passengers for each vehicle type). Our policy on maximum passengers per vehicle has to be strict to ensure there is enough room for luggage and still allow passengers to travel in comfort. For bookings of more than 21 people please contact us for a quote.

Infants under 2 travel free on Adults Lap. If car seat is required, then an infant is counted as a head. Please provide as much notice as possible for infant car seat bookings as availability of same is limited. For larger bookings infant car seats may not be available as seatbelts are unsuitable for bus/coach seating. Car Seats are provided free of charge but the infant is counted as a passenger in the above Max Passenger allowances. Children over 2 are consider as full passenger head as a seat with seatbelt must be provided under local regulations. To avail of the above prices, your must pre-book your group booking. During the season, and dependent on vehicle availability, we may transfer smaller parties together in a larger vehicle but individual group prices may apply.

In conjunction with a locally based Car Hire company who we have been working with for the last 2 years, Capital can now, with confidence, offer an excellent car hire service
Weekly Offers start from €179 per week (1st April – 20th June period) for an Economy Group (Fiat Albea or Renault Clio), €232 per week (Renault Megane or Ford Focus).
2 Week Offers start from € 329 for 14 days (1st April – 20th June period) from an Economy Group (Fiat Albea or Renault Clio), €436 for 14 days (Renault Megane or Ford Focus.
Car hire of 7 days or more also comes with the following incredible package offer:
Transfers to and from Izmir Airport, Third Party Liability, Theft and Personal Insurance, 2nd Driver, Zero Excess, 24hr Roadside Assistance, Unlimited Kms, Taxes, map of Area and Change of car in case of breakdown.

PRE-DELIVERY OF GAS BOTTLES AND WATER BOTTLES
Gas hobs will require a Gas Bottle to be installed and tap water is not recommended for drinking in Turkey – we can pre-order these items for you prior to your arrival if required. Prices at time of publication are:
GAS BOTTLE (Short Term Renters are not responsible for installing or replacing Gas Bottles )
First Order – Includes full gas bottle, Deposit, Connection head and installation – 85TL
Refill Order – Replacing empty gas bottle with full gas bottle – 45TL
DRINKING WATER – 19 LITRE BOTTLE
First Order – Includes full water bottle, deposit on bottle and hand operated pump – 25TL
Refill Order – Replacing empty water bottle with full one – 4TL

HIGH CHAIR AND TRAVEL COT HIRE SERVICES
High Chair and Travel Cot Hire Services are also available to all our customers and will be pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival. Please note that bedding is not provided for travel cot.

If you are travelling with small children and require any other equipment (sterilizers, prams, buggies, walkers etc) please ask us as we may be able to source these locally for you saving you carrying extra luggage or overloading your suitcase.
SHOPPING ARRIVAL PACKAGES
Capital offer a Shopping Arrival Service with the below listed items pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival.
SHOPPING PACK A: Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, Cream Cheese, Tomatoes, Orange Juice and Toilet Rolls. – Cost 30TL
SHOPPING PACK B: As above but additionally Teabags, Coffee, Sugar, Cornflakes and Washing Up Liquid. – Cost 55TL
ALCOHOL BEVERAGE PACK: 6 Efes Beers, 1 Bottle of Wine (red or white), 2litres Coke or Fanta – Cost 60TL
If you require any special items or products to be included in your shopping pack, please advise us and we will endeavour to locate same with items billed in addition to shopping pack items.
CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning must be booked at least 1 week in advance of your arrival. All properties on the rental market, or being rented on a long term basis, MUST have a pre -season clean done prior to their first rental of the season to ensure the property is completely clean for rental guests after being unoccupied all winter. Properties not in our managed complexes listed below will be quoted for individually to the owners and rates agreed for the season.

FULL DAY CLEAN DOES NOW NOT INCLUDE LAUNDRY. FROM EXPERIENCE, WE ARE FINDING THAT WITH FULL OCCUPANCY, THE BED LINEN AND TOWELS, THE NUMBER OF MACHINE
LOADS HAS BEEN MORE THAN WE HAD PREVIOUSLY ESTIMATED. LAUNDRY WAS ALWAYS CHARGED AT 12TL PER LOAD BUT THE NUMBER OF LOAD WITH TOWELS HAS GENERALLY
NOT BEEN ENOUGH PER PROPERTY. WE HAVE THEREFORE CHANGED THE PRICING STRUCTURE TO BILL BY MACHINE LOAD AS NEEDED AFTER EACH OCCUPANY OR RENTAL
EG. IF FULL OCCUPANY IN A 3 BED EXPECT 5 MACHINE LOADS, IF ONLY ONE ROOM USED EXPECT 2
PRE SEASON CLEAN - A thorough clean of the property inside and out including: windows, terraces, front door polish, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and Hilton sink cupboards cleaned inside, tops of kitchen units and cupboards cleaned down, aircon unit filters cleaned out, all crockery and cutlery washed. Property aired and freshened up for 1st occupation.
FULL CLEAN – Thorough clean of property including windows, terraces, floors, bathrooms.
MID CLEAN – General cleaning of interior of property, floors, bathrooms, kitchen.
LAUNDRY – Washing, ironing and drying of any used laundry and towels – Laundry now charged per machine load.
Cleaning product costs are not included in this service and if we need to purchase same, they will be charged as an extra cost.
