INFORMATION ON SELECTING YOUR BATHROOM TILES & FLOOR TILES

Our chosen supplier for ceramics and tiles for Olive Grove is Yuksel Ceramics, one of the top tile manufacturers in Turkey. Their manufacturing methods all meet European manufacturing standards and they employ the latest technologies in their manufacturing facilities. Over 60% of their output is currently exported to USA, Canada, Europe and other parts of the world, testament to their top quality products.
In making our selection of choices to include in Olive Grove, we have consulted with our architect, builders and interior design consultants. We have endeavoured to give you a good choice of designs and textures, whilst at the same time keeping the colours neutral and designs classic to maximise appeal to as large an audience as possible.
BATHROOM TILES - MAKING YOUR CHOICE
For bathrooms, you can elect to have each bathroom in a different design or all in the same design.
FLOOR TILES - MAKING YOUR CHOICE
One choice of floor tile for each house – floor tiles will be laid in all areas (sitting rooms, kitchens, hallways, bedrooms, terraces and balconies).
Changes of tile for each different area and room are not possible given the number of houses being built and finish outs to be completed – sorry no exceptions.
The style in which the tiles are laid will be discussed with tilers and designers and their recommendations employed.
MARBLE STAIRWELLS
Stairwells will be solid marble and a matching/contrasting marble will be chosen depending on your choice of floor tile. As marble is a natural product and can vary greatly, it is not possible for us to give an exact picture of the marble that will be used in each individual house.
If you chose the pale terracotta, a contrasting cream/beige marble with terracotta vein details will be chosen.
If you chose Traverten, a traverten marble beige/cream marble will be chose.
If you chose Cream Marble, a cream marble with white vein details will be chosen.
In the next week you will be sent a form by email so you can fill in your choices and email them back to us. We will require choices back from you by 21st January at the latest as ceramics will start to be laid by middle of February and orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
